A beautiful town on the Sicily island. It is very ancient, wiht its well preserved ruins of the theatre and many temples, but it is also famour for its baroque decorations.
At the archeological area you could visit one of the largest theatres of the entire Greek world (and one of the best preserved) as well as the Ear of Dyonisos, a natural cave with special acoustic effects.
Not far from the archeological area is it possible to have a walk at the island of Ortigia, rich of beautiful buildings, designed over the centuries with different architectural styles.
