The Human Chess Game In Marostica Tour

Tour Program:

Day 1: Arrival in Venice and Transfer to Vicenza

Arrive at Venice Airport and transfer to your hotel in Vicenza. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Vicenza, Cittadella, and Castelfranco Veneto

Breakfast at the hotel.

In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of Vicenza, including entrance to the famous Teatro Olimpico. Free time for lunch (at your own expense).

In the afternoon, transfer to Cittadella, including a walking tour along the ancient city walls, followed by a visit to Castelfranco Veneto, the hometown of the painter Giorgione.

Dinner is included. Overnight in Vicenza.

Day 3: Bassano del Grappa and Marostica

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to Bassano del Grappa and visit a traditional grappa distillery, including a grappa tasting. Enjoy a guided tour of the city.

Free time for lunch (not included).

In the afternoon, transfer to Marostica and visit the city. Attend the inaugural performance of the famous Human Chess Game.

Dinner is included. Overnight in Marostica or Vicenza.

Day 4: Padua and Abano Terme

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to Padua and enjoy a guided city tour, including entrance to the Scrovegni Chapel and the Botanical Garden.

Enjoy an aperitif tasting in Padua. Lunch is not included.

Transfer to Abano Terme.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Euganean Hills and Wine Tasting

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the Euganean Hills and visit the Abbey of Praglia.

Lunch in the hills.

Visit a local winery and enjoy a wine tasting.

Dinner and overnight in Abano Terme.

Day 6: Departure from Venice

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to Venice Marco Polo Airport.
